The Type C inspection body was established in 2000 and holds a Certificate of Accreditation in accordance with BDS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012, issued by the Executive Agency 'Bulgarian Accreditation Service'

Each Client and User of the services provided by the Inspection Body, Type “C” with EL KONTROL EOOD, can file a written complaint or objection at the company’s main office. Complaints and objections are reviewed within 1 week from their submission in accordance with the Inspection Body Type “C” Management System. The complaining or objecting party receives a written reply in line with Procedure PKOK 15.01.06-2013.
