Project description
Scope of this order includes repair of transformers of Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 3, and Unit 4 at Contour Global Maritsa East 3 TPP set in the Repair Program the Power Plant. Purpose of the repair is to restore reliability and design parameters of the facilities and the Power Units – performance, efficiency, etc.
Activities
- Disconnection of transformers at LV and HV side;
- Taking oil samples;
- Revision of fans and oil-pumps; external cleaning;
- Filling up transformer oil if necessary;
- Control measuring of parameters: HV and LV insulation, idle running losses, transformer coefficient, tangent delta, ohmic resistivity, HV test of 15.75 kV busbar;
- Connection of transformers;
- Revision of current transformers connections;
- Test-run of fire extinguishing system;
- Assistance during 72-hours test-run.
