Project description
Project concerns reconstruction of 110 kV relay protection of two outgoing feeders from GPP-2 and the opposite main step-down substations on the territory of the refinery LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas AD. Furthermore, order includes reconstruction of relay panels and control panels; design of new fiber optic connections to provide operation of the relay protections; substitution of oil-insulated measuring transformers at 110 kV outgoing feeders, and substitution of coupling circuit breaker with new SF6 measuring transformers.
Activities
- Delivery and installation of steel structures for foundation tables of measuring transformers;
- Delivery of 110 kV current transformers;
- Delivery of control cables and electrical equipment;
- Primary commutation: substitution of 110 kV oil-insulated measuring transformers with SF6 measuring transformers;
- Secondary commutation: reconstruction of relay panels and control panels by dismantle of existing equipment, laying and connection of control cables, commissioning;
- Design and installation of fiber-optic connections for relay protections between GPP-2 and the opposite main step-down substations;
- Calculation and elaboration of updated relay cards for the reconstructed relay protections.
