Activities were assigned within the scope of an investment Project for construction of ethyl alcohol installation; installing of electricity and steam generating gas turbines, to increase the main production in Amylum plant, Razgrad.
Activities
1. Design stage
- Elaboration of Detailed Design for substitution of current transformers, voltage transformers and circuit breakers;
- Completion of As-built documentation set;
- Supervision.
2. Construction activities
- Dismantle of Primary equipment;
- Construction of concrete foundations;
- Installation of metal structures;
- Excavation of cable ditches;
- Installation of pipes for laying of fiber-optic cables
3. Electrical installation
- Installation, wiring and earthing of Primary equipment – current transformers, voltage transformers, circuit breakers;
- Laying and connection of control cables;
- Construction of trade metering system;
- Delivery of materials and construction of fiber-optic connection, by installation of OPGW conductor along a 110 kV line between the Substations Razgrad and Amylum.
4. Control tests, measurements and test-run of the systems and equipment installed.
