Scope of the contract includes design, delivery, installation and commissioning of two frequency convertеrs in Yagoda Pumping station (PS).
The following activities have been performed:
• Elaboration of design for drive and control of two 6 kV, 630 kW centrifugal pumps with frequency convertеrs. Coordination of the design with the Assignor.
• Delivery of two frequency convertеrs, type ACS580 MV, manufactured by ABB.
• Modernization of two standing electrical panels for auxiliary power supply.
• Manufacturing, assembly and delivery of two standing electrical panels with power and commutation equipment wired and installed.
• Installation of the frequency convertеrs and the electrical switchboards supplied, in newly built premises.
• Construction of electrical power installations, operational control installations, lighting installation, and air conditioning power supply installation.
• Control tests and gradual commissioning of the two MV frequency convertеrs, regulating the flow of pressure pumps. Commissioning works were carried out in coordination with the Assignor, not interrupting the normal operating mode of the pumping stations.
• 72-hours on-load test-run, under operating conditions.
