Project concerns reconstruction of 110 kV relay protection of two outgoing feeders from GPP-2 and opposite main step-down substations on the territory of the oil-refinery.
Order includes further reconstruction of relay panels and control panels; design of new fiber optic connections to provide operation of the relay protections; substitution of oil-insulated measuring transformers at 110 kV outgoing feeders and coupler breaker with new SF6 measuring transformers.
