Project description
Project includes reconstruction of two bays in 110 kV Indoor Switchgear, and two outgoing feeders in 6 kV Indoor Switchgear of S/st GPP-2. Purpose of the reconstruction is to ensure power supply of a Heavy Residue Complex under construction on the territory of LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas AD.
Activities
Reconstruction of two bays in 110 kV Indoor Switchgear
- Dismantle of existing equipment in 110 kV Indoor SWG;
- Installation of equipment for bays in 110 kV Indoor SWG: 110 kV SF6 circuit breaker, 110 kV feeder disconnector, 110 kV current measuring transformers, and bushings;
- Delivery and mounting of steel structures;
- Secondary commutation in 110 kV Indoor SWG: dismantle and refurbishment of control panels, relay panels, and electric meter panels;
- Assembly, installation and connection of control switchboards at 110 kV terminal bay;
- Delivery, installation and connection of control cables;
- Commissioning works;
- Parameterizing and testing of relay protection.
Reconstruction of two feeder bays in 6 kV Indoor Switchgear
- Dismantle of existing bays in 6 kV Indoor SWG;
- Delivery and installation of support insulators and ring-core current transformers for earth protection;
- Dismantle of existing current limiting reactors, installation of new ones and busbar installation;
- Delivery and installation of 6 kV busbar, type examination passed;
- Secondary commutation in 6 kV Indoor SWG: equipping of 6 kV SWG;
- Delivery, laying and connection of control cables;
- Commissioning works;
- Parameterizing and testing of relay protection.
